Big Jack Horner, formerly known as Little Jack Horner, is a major antagonist of the YouTube channel JoeyBar.
He is a parody of the character of the same name from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish who commits crimes on a daily basis, much to Steven Universe's anger when trying to change Horner.
He was voiced by JoeyBar himself.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- It's heavily implied that he committed the same crimes his original counterpart did such as manslaughter, murder, arson and animal cruelty as he mentioned that he did them in his debut appearance.
- He attempted to shoot Lapis in her gem like his canon counterpart tried to do to Perrito.
- He shot Steven Universe's pet lion, killing it.
- He defended Justin Roiland, despite him being a pedophile by DM'ing underage girls after getting fired by Adult Swim.
- He wanted to cure 2,000 blind people just because he wanted more money, and later tried to kill said 2,000 blind people.
- He popped the Chinese Spy Balloon, while pretending there were people on it who were dying when it got popped.
- He killed Benson with a laser just because he thought Death was a better villain than him.
- He stepped on Plankton, crushing him.
- He confirmed that his plums were made of the skulls of babies and didn't care due to them being chewable.
- He created the infamous and controversial TV show Velma, which had many racist comments, claiming that he wanted to make the most infuriating show possible.
- He played Hogwarts Legacy just because of the transphobia controversy around it.
- He tried convincing Steven Universe to join in his gameplay of Hogwarts Legacy for the above-listed reason.
- He used deep fakes to taunt orphans online.
- He manipulated the Space Force to shoot down Zircon, Zultanite, and Bearl all because Steven Universe sent them down to redeem Horner.
- He hated Susan Wojcicki all because she's a woman and deleted his YouTube channel for illegally posting the addresses of all his enemies on a YouTube video.
- He played a game of polo except all the balls were replaced with orphans, harming them in the process.
- He wanted to bring back Leafy is Here to YouTube despite him making SpongeBob racist as a 12 year-old.
- He wished all Internet voice actors a slow and painful death and wished for RealGamerDuck to have a medieval rack hit to his balls.
- He made lies about Mr. Beast, claiming that he "eats kids".
- He made a YouTube channel known as "The Kringe Kop" where he bullied kids, including Steven Universe.
- He sent in Pizzahead to be the mascot for his pie company despite his many crimes.
- He posted an apology video on YouTube where he fake apologized for doing his acts so he can become more profitable than how profitable he was when he was evil.
- He told Spider-Ham that he would eat him alive right now if he weren't haram.
- When Dream decided to team up with him after deciding he wanted to be evil again, Horner suggested to Dream to blow up his local orphanage.
- He imprisoned a child and tried to shoot him.
- He tried to destroy an entire children’s hospital by trying to run his Bugatti into it.
- In “You Might Be Too Evil For Hell”, he crushed JoeyBar to death solely to spite him.
- After arriving in hell, he forced Plankton and several other kids to do labor by hitting them with whips.
- He took absolute sadism in everything he does and enjoys seeing others suffer.
- While he surrendered to the Ophan and said "fine" to changing for the better in "Aren't You Supposed To Be A Baby With Wings", this was done out of sheer cowardice rather than genuine remorse for his actions.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is far too comedic to be PE or NPE due to being a parody of his canon counterpart, who is already somewhat comedic himself.
- He is somewhat loyal to the United States of America as he shot down the Chinese Spy Balloon when he wanted to protect America.
- He has standards as he was shown to be disgusted by Judge Holden from Blood Meridian and his actions, calling him an irredeemable monster and wanting people to stop comparing him to the Judge, and also seemed to be shocked when hearing Verbalase's actions, especially after his Guardian Angel left after his confessions. He also felt uncomfortable with Baron Vladimir Harkonnen for being an organ trafficker.
