Godspeed (
Synopsis[]
Knuckle thinks it may have been lightning that completely paralyzed Youpi, but doesn't waste any time in unleashing a fury of punches, finishing it off with a hard kick to his face. He quickly escapes, realizing how close he was to dying, and celebrates the eight strikes he made as he runs to take Shoot to a hospital. Youpi remains frozen, still in disbelief about what happened and how he could not notice that much electricity from possibly overhead, but remembers the initial incident with A.P.R. and how that affected him without realizing it. At the top of the crater, Killua stands looking at him with a menacing glare, and Youpi recognizes him from earlier at the staircase.
Killua says he plans to take his anger out on Youpi, summoning lightning as his hair begins to stand on end and become shaped like lightning. He vanishes in front of Youpi's eyes, reappearing and delivering a strike before Youpi can react. Youpi attempts to counterattack, but Killua vanishes again and appears elsewhere to deliver a kick to his face. Killua's new ability, Godspeed, electrifies his whole body and allows him to be faster than his physical limits will permit. It has two core functions: Speed of Lightning, which allows him to move his body at speeds beyond his limits, and Whirlwind, which takes control of his body and has it respond to the actions of his opponent. He used the latter when stopping the fish dart from piercing his skull, programmed to respond to malevolent intent in an enemy's aura as well as bypassing the slower functions of his brain.
Youpi continues to be completely outmatched by Killua's speed, unable to react or understand what's happening, though the power of Killua's attacks are less than a tenth of Youpi's strength. He understands how complex aura can be and says it's the first time he has enjoyed a fight. It's stated that this new outlook would soon cause Youpi to make a surprising choice. Suddenly Killua's hair returns to normal, and he realizes he used up all his charge already, quickly escaping from the crater as Youpi chases after him. But once Youpi reaches the top, he feels no trace of Killua (who's shown under Meleoron's God's Accomplice as the two slowly walk away), and surmises that one of them must have the ability to appear and disappear at will.
Elsewhere, Knuckle finds Shoot missing from the pillar he had been leaning up against, asking where he could have gone as he stares at the blood from his friend's wounds. Morel continues to stand opposite Pouf's cocoon, worried that Pouf didn't answer Youpi's calls because he was unable to, since he may be just a defenseless mass while transforming. He thinks he should attack, but questions whether Pouf would make such a critical mistake at this point. Still wavering, he worries if attacking the cocoon will trigger a trap or if Pouf's goal is to get him to wait indecisively. Pouf speaks to himself, saying Morel is hesitating because he's a great soldier. Morel's indecisiveness continues still.
