Golden Moments, Part 2 is the nineteenth episode of the third season of The Golden Girls and the seventieth episode overall. Directed by Terry Hughes and written by Jeffery Ferro and Fredric Weiss, the episode premiered on NBC-TV on February 13th, 1988.
Sophia intends to move to New Jersey to live with her eccentric son, Phil, after his wife leaves him. This prompts the girls to recall the years that they have spent together.

That evening Blanche and Dorothy can't sleep, so they go to solve their problem with a cheesecake only for Blanche to reveal she threw out the cheesecake after finding hair in it, Rose however has gone for one with news that the store fired the person to blame. As they start eating it they talk about the fact when they have a Cheesecake they end up talking about Sex as much as anything else. Sophia comes in revealing she had a fight with Phil over the phone which is a forewarning about what shall happen if she goes, Sophia reminds them of their fights, but afterwards Blanche reminds her that one thing can say is that it's never dull. When Sophia leaves to carry on packing they talk about Sophia's stories and even when she has made them up to help them when it's needed. Blanche declares they need her as much as Phil, Sophia then enters to reveal Phil and Angela have made up meaning she can stay. Sophia admits she would have missed it as well and they all hug.[1]
