I wish they did golden girls scenes of the sad moments on YouTube. That way we could number the scenes and pick the ones we think should be number 20 to number one.

I hope that they make a YouTube video of the moments when they were singing.
Hello!! I’m Hoshi!! And I have been obsessed with the Golden girls for a while (probably since 2021)..And I would love to be in this wiki! That’s all!
TLDR: There is no Golden Girls reboot in production, and the "news" about it came from a Facebook page that specializes in satirical movie posts.
So I've just now heard about an alleged reboot of The Golden Girls coming to Disney+, starring Lisa Kudrow, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph. I did some fact-checking, including looking at the place where the claims originated, and this news is 100% false.
There is no reboot or revival of The Golden Girls in the works. There's no evidence of the alleged revival on Disney's roster, and a reverse Google Image of the poster that was "released" doesn't go to any official sources. Moreover, the claim of a reboot originated from a Facebook page called YODA BBY ABY, which explicitly describes its posts as satirical. YODA BBY ABY is well-known because the post about fake media news, and they frequently "cover" films and television shows that aren't real and aren't going to happen.
While I'm positive that we'd all benefit from a revival of The Golden Girls, we need to make sure that we're getting our news from accurate, reputable sources before we go posting about it on the site. Nobody's in trouble, nobody's going to be penalized for posting about it. I just wanted to clear the air about the "reboot" and try and spread the truth before people got too excited about it.
Most importantly, do not go after the person who posted the fake news. They have warnings all over their page that they post about satire, and they've already received a bunch of death threats from ill-informed Facebook users. This post is not intended to incite a firestorm on them. Just ignore the post and leave the user alone.
In the interview below actress Stephanie Hodge answers the question to why she left the Golden Girls spinoff "Nurses".

There are a few things about her that I wish to see.
Here are the Top 10 times the four leading ladies of The Golden Girls had to contend with their sisters.
10. Blanche's sister, Virginia is dying (Transplant)
9. Sophia wants to live with Gloria (The Custody Battle)
8. Lily's Blindness (Blind Ambitions)
7. The deceitful Little Sister (Little Sister)
6. Charmaine's novel (Sisters and Other Strangers)
5. Gloria Sleeps with Stan (The Monkey Show Pts 1&2)
4. Blanche and Virginia's Fight (Ebb Tide)
3. Sophia and Angela Fight Tony (Long Day's Journey Into Marinara)
2. Blanche calls Charmaine a mutant (Transplant)
Sophia and Angela Conflict (Sisters)
Which Golden Girls moments where Dororthy, Rose, Blanche, and Sophia had to contend with their sisters? Let me know in the comments.
I will love to see this family tree on a YouTube video. That will be so cool.
I think they should do a YouTube video of the characters on the golden girls cast that died. And use the clips from the show using their characters names and what the actors died of. What do you think.
Since I can't seem to reach any active admins on this site, I was thinking I would reach out to Fandom and try to adopt the wiki. I've been a huge fan of the series since 2020, and if the work I've already done on this site isn't proof enough of my expertise, I have admin experience on two other smaller wikis (Crypt TV Wiki and The Enemy Wiki, if anyone wants to check those out).
I adore the love and dedication that has gone into this site, but there's some things about it that need to be taken care of, like fixing the night mode, protecting high traffic pages, and removing unnecessary pages.
For those who might worry, I wouldn't strip the original admins of their power. I'd give them the roles back if the request goes through. But I haven't been able to reach the current onsite admins about anything, and there's just too much to be done on here for me to wait another few months to hear back from them. Does anyone have any thoughts or objections?

So because of the sheer number of mentioned characters in Rose's St. Olaf stories alone, I started a list of unseen Golden Girls and Golden Palace characters.
The format for filling out the list is provided in the page overview, and there's three pages splitting up the alphabets so the pages don't get too long...well, longer than they're gonna be already. St. Olafians already have their own separate list, so they don't need to have a lot of info on this one. Just a link to the St. Olafian residents page is good enough.
I'm also putting together a Google Doc to pile all these characters up, and I also have a somewhat-finished document of episode citations that I'm working on if anyone wants access to those to help out!

Is The Earth Day Special canon to The Golden Girls, Doogie Howser MD, Murphy Brown, Ghostbusters, Back To The Future, The Muppets, ET, The Cosby Show, Married With Children and Cheers?
I wish they did more documentaries on the other cast of the golden girls. Like Angela, Stan, Rebecca, Miles Webber, Virginia, Harry Weston, Kate, and Michael Zbornak.
Thank you for being a friend...

Starting on Wednesday 9 November 2022 the Dutch channel RTL Lounge will start rerunning the episodes of The Golden Girls.
On Wednesday at 22.00 one episode (S1, E1: The Pilot) will be shown, starting on Thursday two episodes (starting with 2 and 3) will be shown at 21.30 and 22.00 hours. Episodes are rerunned every day in English audio with Dutch subtitles.
Other times on which episodes are rerunned are 01.30, 04.50, 05.10, 13.10, 16.35 and 17.05 hours.
Every season will be shown except for the spin-off season The Golden Palace. As far as is known there are no reruns planned for Empty Nest and Nurses, although RTL did air all seasons of Nurses in 2004 and 2005 on the channels RTL Yorin and RTL 5.
Unfortunately since the year 2016 channel group RTL is known for a policy in which they 'despise' specific popular culture which reduces the chances of RTL rerunning the episode in which mud masks are shown. This policy was made because of a small group of activists which have over the years commited multiple crimes in the hopes that the people of the Netherlands (and in specific companies and events) would stop portraying characters that paint their faces.
RTL Lounge is a paid channel that is not shown with the standard channel offers of cable operators.
25: Blanche being pregnant again
24: Sophia cries for her son she lost
23: Rose can’t find a job
22: Blanche finds out that her sister is dying
I did my part. Someone else take over.
