When entering battle, the Tenebrous Mimiflora may an alternate form that mimics a different enemy. While in this form, the Tenebrous Mimiflora possesses a Void Ward which grants it immunity to DMG until destroyed. Depending on the form it takes, the Void Ward will have a durability of 40/70/105. The durability will reduce by 1 when hit by an Elemental attack, or 3 when hit by a Nightsoul-aligned attack. When durability is depleted, the Tenebrous Mimiflora will return to its true form and become briefly stunned, but will re-transform after some time. However, when generating the Void Ward for the second time, then from the third time onward, its durability will be reduced to 20/35/53 and 8/14/21 respectively. 13 variants of the Tenebrous Mimiflora exist:

An Abyssal monster that has descended to this world from the deep, dark depths of a twisted and alien world, the Tenebrous Mimiflora can mimic various phenomena, and can deploy a Void Ward in combat. Some of its attacks can cause stackable Attrition that, after a time, will cause your active character to lose HP. Use a specific number of Elemental attacks to destroy this creature's Ward. Abyssal monsters that have descended to this world from the deep, dark depths of a twisted and alien world, they possess a plant-like appearance.
It is said that where the corrosive waves of the dark tide lap, such plant-like dark monsters will grow. But they only bear a superficial resemblance to plants, for it is a form they only adopted to get closer to the tree-like world, that they might extract the necessary concepts from it, and analyze and imitate them.
Some raving lunatics who have lost their minds say that those things that extend out like leaves are actually the beginnings of gates to other worlds.
