Hegemon Husk is a class that first appears in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. This class is exclusive to Edelgard when fought as the final boss of the Azure Moon route in Three Houses.

Profile[]

In an act of desperation, Edelgard unleashes the full power of her two Crests, granting her a monsterous form through an archaic means.

The Hegemon Husk appears similar to a Demonic Beast, but resembles a humanoid plant more than a reptile or bird. Edelgard's body grows exponentially, gaining similar grotesque monstrous features and abilities. Unlike Demonic Beasts, Edelgard still has complete consciousness and control of her actions. Her head also remains the same, though some flakes of Demonic Beast skin appears on her cheeks. Her sclera turns black and her iris turn red.

Notable Hegemon Husks[]

Etymology[]

The term Hegemon means "dominating leader" in ancient Greek, and can also translate to commander, guide, ruler or chief. In ancient Greece, hegemony denoted the politico-military dominance of a city-state over other city-states. In modern terms, hegemony is the political, economic, or military predominance or control of one state over others.

Trivia[]

  • The Hegemon Husk is the only monster class in Three Houses that only takes up a single space. All other monster classes either take up a two-by-two or a three-by-three space.
  • The Hegemon Husk is currently the first monster class that is playable in Heroes.
