Effects	Grants Sharpcast for 15 seconds, ensuring one of the following effects will occur on the next applicable spell used: Scathe will have its potency doubled Fire will grant Firestarter, making the next Fire III instant cast with no MP cost Thunder spells of any level will grant Thundercloud on their first damage tick, causing the next Thunder spell to add its full damage over time potency to its initial potency
Traits	Enhanced Sharpcast reduces recast time to 30 seconds
