The Seaflower, also called Sea Flower and SeaFlowr, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI found in the Phoenix Cave. Seaflowers often attack in groups and can use Tentacle to inflict 
Poison on a character. Blizzara and Thundara are effective, or if the player has access to them, Blizzaga and Thundaga.
