Biora is a magic spell in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. It is granted by either
Poison Materia or Poison and Petrify Materia. It is the mid-tier poison spell above 
Bio and below Bioga. Biora inflicts a moderate amount of non-elemental damage and inflicts the 
Poison status to one enemy, and can never miss.
It is also used by Twin Brain against the player.
Use[]
Biora can be cast either with poison or poison and petrify materia equipped. It is relatively cheap and deals decent damage, which can be effective against enemies that resist elements but not magic damage itself. Beyond this, it can be used as a way of applying poison to inflict passive damage over time, or remove an enemy's 
Regen status.
Biora is relatively cheap compared to its peers and cannot miss. It deals respectable non-elemental damage, but may not be as efficient a use of an ATB charge compared to other means of inflicting non-elemental damage, includign party member abilities that can inflict said damage without spending MP (such as Blade Burst), and other spells such as Quakera.
