Achievements, also commonly known as Badges, are awards players can obtain in-game or through other means (e.g. "Group Member" by joining the LSPLASH Roblox group). Unlocking an achievement whilst playing the game will show a UI notification on the top right of the player's screen, as well as awarding the player with a badge.
In the Lobby, players can display one of their earned achievements above their character. The achievement "Welcome" is displayed by default; the achievement being displayed can be changed via the Game Settings. Each achievement or category of achievements has a unique text color when being displayed. A total of 93 achievements are in the game, which are (only categories): 20 "General", 24 "Entities", 25 "Crucifix," 11 "Floors," 5 "Collabs," 5 "Events," 2 "removed", and 1 hidden "achievement" ("QA Tester") that is exclusive to game testers.

Bugs
When The Mines was released, the "Trespassing" badge was obtained when starting The Nest. This was fixed after the nerf.
"In Plain Sight" achievement is not obtainable by hiding from A-60 or A-120 without a hiding spot using the "Room For More" modifier and in The Rooms.
The "Unbound" achievement is unobtainable by using a Crucifix on Ambush using the "Again & Again & Again" modifier.
The "Meet Jack" achievement was only obtainable for meeting Bloodroom Jack, and meeting Closet Jack didn't give the achievement, from August 30, 2024 to October 24, 2024.
The "Rebound" achievement was broken and unobtainable after August 26, 2023 (the Modifiers Update). Since then, it has been fixed.
The "Wrong Room" achievement is usually not obtainable and only rarely gets granted from opening a Dupe door. The exact conditions to get it are still currently unknown.
The badge can be obtained if a Crucifix is used on it, giving the player both the "Wrong Room" and "Outwitted" badges.
The “Sshh!” achievement was unobtainable even if no drawers were opened and The Library was completed from September 1, 2024, to September 17, 2024. This was later fixed.
This bug then recurred after Floor 2 was released, though that has also been fixed.
When the content update released 4 of the new badges didn't have icons, though this has been fixed. Those achievements are: Trial and Error, Playtime, Rocky Road and A Hard Place.
Trivia
The colors of the achievement titles as seen in-game roughly indicate the difficulty of obtaining the badge:
Achievements with grey titles are for easy tasks in the game, or for intermediate game progression (Welcome, Welcome Back, One Of Many, Ten Of Many, Hundred Of Many, Sshh!, Supporting Small Businesses, Whoever Smelt It, Trespassing, Running Track, Down The Drain).
Achievements with yellow-orange titles are for somewhat difficult tasks (Buddy System, Betrayal, Evil Be Gone, In Plain Sight, Pls Donate, Herb Of Viridis, Expert Technician, Detour, Back From The Dead and Around Back).
Achievements with dull red titles are for simple entity encounters and survivals (Out Of My Way, You Can Run, I See You, Wrong Room, Look At Me, Eviction Notice, Just A Prank, I Don't Believe My Eyes).
Achievements with purple-red titles are for miscellaneous entity interactions and encounters (Dead Of Night, Rebound, Two Steps Forward, Helping Hand, Trickshot, Trade Offer).
Achievements with cyan-gray titles are for normal crucifix usage (Stay Out Of My Way, Unbound, Take A Breather, All Figured Out, You Can't See Me, I Hate You, Two Steps Ahead, Outwitted, It's Not My Time, Bug Zapper, Under New Management, Bug Bomb, Not Funny, The Bigger They Are, Queen’s Gambit).
Achievements with blue-pink titles are more difficult crucifix usage (Lost In The Dark, Red Mist, Stop Right There, Grin Reaper, Red Light, Lookman No Looking, Time Out, Scammed, Playtime's Over).
Achievements with pink-purple titles are for miscellaneous and rare encounters (Meet Timothy, Error, Playtime, Meet Jack, Interconnected, Lost In Translation, It Stares Back, Trial And Error).
Achievements with white-blue titles are for escaping floors (Rock Bottom, See You Soon).
Achievements with yellow-purple titles are for escaping sub-floors and/or obscure tasks (Not Five Stars, Back On Track, Other Way Around, Rocky Road).
The rainbow achievement title is reserved for extremely difficult and obscure tasks. Only A-1000, Hotel Hell, and A Hard Place have this color.
Achievements with red-white titles are for badges that can only be obtained for a limited amount of time or during seasonal events. Most notably, the April Fools Event Badges. (Survival the Jeff the Killer, Survive the Drakobloxxers.)
Unique title colors are used for achievements relating to events or external game content.

There was originally going to be a "Thousand of Many" death badge, though it was scrapped as it would be unlikely that anybody would obtain it without purposefully dying.
Some badges give a reward, like Knobs and/or Revives, for obtaining them.
These badges, as of now, are: "Group Member", "Tower Hero", "True Tower Hero", "Hotel Adventurer", "Void Buster", "Sugar Rush", "Sugar Crash" and "You're It".
A total of 8 achievements can be obtained without playing a single run of any floor (Welcome, Welcome Back, Join The Group, Tower Hero, True Tower Hero, Hotel Adventurer, Void Buster, and You're It). This would require joining the game on two different days, joining the LSPLASH Group, fully completing the Tower Heroes Event, and playing one round in The Courtyard map during the Untitled Tag Game Collab.
However, a total of 56 achievements can be obtained by only playing one round, with an extremely low chance due to crucifix spawns.
The "In Plain Sight" badge's original icon got content deleted. LSPLASH thought this was because of the Roblox character looking naked in the icon, so they gave them fake doors merch in the icon. [1]
As of now, it is only possible to obtain “Red Mist”, “Stop Right There”, “Grin Reaper”, "Time Out", "Blue Light" and "Lookman No Looking" by activating the “Room For More", “Blitz, Oh", "Make Haste" and "Look, Man" modifiers on either The Hotel or The Mines.
Although it is possible to encounter and even obtain the "Lookman No Looking" by activating the "Trick or Treat" badge, then eating a candy with the "Look, Man" effect, after which the entity can be crucified.
However, in the Content Update, Sally was updated with more functionality and was given two badges, so this statement is outdated.
There are two versions of the "Rock Bottom" badge (although they are treated as the same badge in-game): one that was obtainable before the Hotel+ Update, and one that is obtainable after the Hotel+ Update.)
The "Survival The Jeff the Killer" badge has for some reason two different icons, with one being the original image of Jeff the Killer, which appears in its UI notification and when a player displays the badge on the lobby (both examples seen below). The second one is an image with black static, which can be seen on the Roblox website.[2]
The image used for the "Group Member" badge is the same icon as the Fandom account of LSplashYeet.
Void Buster is the first secret achievement and most likely last as there probably won't be any more secret achievements.[3]
The icon for the badge "Not Five Stars" uses El Goblino's Tower Heroes model instead of his official one in game.
The "Survival The Jeff The Killer" badge's name used to be "?????" with a description of "erm guys? theres a new badge? look!! look!!".
The "Hotel Hell" badge image uses the same model of Seek as the "Take A Breather" achievement image.
In an old teaser of the settings menu, a badge called "Dead Of Night" can be seen above LSPLASH's avatar. This badge went unused, but was later re-added.
It is thought that this was for Dread before it was removed. Although, Dread was later added back in the DOORS x The Hunt update but did not come with the badge. With Floor 2 being released, however, it has been added back, along with a Crucifix achievement for Dread.
Jack's badge icon has the same background as Rock Bottom, but significantly darker.
Multiple other badges can be seen in the background of the "Buddy System" badge.
A blurred version of the "Welcome" badge appears to be in the background.
Halt's eyes are in the background of the badge, and they seem to be copied from Halt's own badge, "Two Steps Forward".
While hard to notice, the "Rock Bottom" badge is also overlaid with the background as well.
If one player in a group escapes the Rooms, all players are awarded with the Back On Track badge, even if they died in the Rooms.
This is likely because all players are revived when entering/leaving the Rooms, and the achievement is awarded when re-entering Doors.
The 10 rarest achievements as of January 24th, 2025, are:
A Hard Place (14,279 owners)
Grin Reaper (18,636 owners)
Rocky Road (21,181 owners)
Red Mist (28,039 owners)
Time Out (42,177 owners)
Stop Right There (50,205 owners)
Red Light (51,666 owners)
Lookman No Looking (51,970 owners)
Lost In The Dark (55,518 owners)
Void Buster (65,406 owners)
The font used for achievements in-game (not in the Lobby's "Achievements" tab) is most likely the "Bahnschrift SemiLight Condensed".
The majority of the crucifixion badges seem to involve the entity in the entity-specific badge to be in what seems to be a state of fear.
Scammed is the only crucifix badge (apart from Take A Breather and All Figured Out) which has a bright image.
The "Survival the Jeff the Killer" badge is slightly larger than the other badge icons when being shown at the top of the in-game achievement menu
Their achievement icon also features more eyes than the entity has, with a total of 60 eyes.
The description for the "Sshh!" achievement is a reference to the "We are Number One" meme.
Rush's achievement description, "I'm walkin' here!" is a reference to a line from the film "Midnight Cowboy".
Supporting Small Businesses' description may be a reference to Apu's "Thank, you come again." Catchphrase from The Simpsons.
The badge "Pls Donate" is a reference to another Roblox game of the same name.
If the player has this badge, they unlock a booth inside of the Roblox game ‘PLS DONATE’ styled off the Jeff Shop.
The description for the "Pls Donate" achievement is a reference to the game UNDERTALE, where the protagonist is able to pay to vendor Temmie's college (referred to as "cool leg" or "colleg" by Temmie).
The description for "Running Track" is a reference to old Roblox cart ride games, often named "Cart Ride into _____", and some other old Roblox games having "for Free Robux" near the end of the title.
Timothy's achievement icon is a reference to a joke between the developers and pre-release testers, where it was commonly requested that any drawers containing Timothy would be covered with webs, although this request always was declined.
Timothy's achievement description, however, is a potential reference to an action in The Henry Stickmin Collection's 3rd 'episode', Infiltrating the Airship, where during the Government Supported Private Investigator route, Henry attempts to spook a clan member with a tiny spider on a stick, with the clan member greeting it warmly, saying "Hello there, Mr. Spider." before Henry hitting him in the head with the stick.
The "Error" badge icon is a distorted image of Glitch taken from this tweet. (0:07)
This is the first ever badge to be modified, as its badge icon went from the infamous content deleted image to its current one. The description was also changed, with it formerly being "Note to self: stick with the team."
The badge icons for both the "Take A Breather" and "All Figured Out" are references to memes.
They, along with Scammed, are also the only Crucifix-related achievements that aren't images of the entity shrouded in darkness. This may be because they are not actually banished and are only stuck in place for a moment.
However, Louie still gets banished upon using a Crucifix on him
Furthermore, Queen Grumble’s Crucifixbadge does not follow this rule, instead being shrouded in darkness like other entities.
The Down The Drain icon might be a reference to one of the scenes in Terminator where he shows a thumbs up while drowning in lava, or an elimination scene in the Polus map from Among Us.
The "I Hate You" badge description is a reference to the onion carriage scene in the movie Shrek 2.
Its description might be a reference to Jeff The Killer's catchphrase, "GO TO SLEEP", because people often have dreams in their sleep.
The "Void Buster" badge and description is a reference to the song "Ghostbusters" by Ray Parker Jr.
The "You Finally Turn Green" achievement is a reference to the Smiling Friends episode "Pim Finally Turns Green".
The description for the "Other Way Around" badge references a scene in The Incredibles where Mr. Incredible says "Yeah, I've got time."
The description of the "Trickshot" achievement is a reference to the Spongebob episode "Krusty Krab Training Video", in which a brick is thrown at a fish who is repeatedly saying "Hooplah!”
The "Rock Bottom" and "See You Soon" badges can be obtained even when spectating someone else beating The Hotel and The Mines respectively. Same goes with "Not Five Stars", "Hotel Hell", "Rocky Road" and "A Hard Place" badges.
Playtime's name and description may be a reference to Baldi's Basics' Playtime.
Playtime's Over's description may be a reference to Woody's nightmare from Toy Story 2.
The "Queen's Gambit" achievement is a reference to a popular chess opening.
The "Stop Right There" achievement's description is a reference to Sans from Undertale explaining blue attacks to the player.
The "Red Mist" achievement is a reference to the "DON'T ASK WHO JOE IS" Meme, where a scarier version of Squidward, most known as Red Mist Squidward, is seen staring at the camera eerily, with the text "DON'T ASK WHO JOE IS" in all capitals, is put at the top and bottom of the image
The "Time Out" achievement description could be a reference to "hold up. wait a minute, something ain't right" meme.
The "Quick, behind that conveniently shaped lamp!" badge is a reference to one of Sans' lines from Undertale.
The "Lookman No Looking" achievement is a reference to the phrase "Swiper no swiping!" from the TV show Dora the Explorer.
This extends to the achievement's description.
The "Lost In The Dark" achievement description references a vine made by CalebCity.
Some Badges have outdated Icons, those being Welcome and Welcome Back (Due to having an older version of the lobby), Expert Technician (Due to having the old electrical room (?)), Two Steps Forward (Due to having the old Halt's hallway), Meet Jack (Due to having an older version of Jack) and Sshh! (Due to having the old library).
however , lsplash said that in a future update he is going to update the outdated achievement icons (Reference Needed)
The "Flyswatter" achievement was changed to "Bug Bomb", which is still obtained by crucifying gloombats
