"Wicked Always Wins" is a song performed by Zelena in ABC's Once Upon a Time musical episode, "The Song in Your Heart". It's the Wicked Witch of the West's solo number.
Story[]
Annoyed by the Singing Spell, the Evil Queen visits the imprisoned Rumplestiltskin. She attempts goading him into singing about how to undo the spell, but he simply laughs that Dark One's don't sing; equally annoyed with how she keeps coming to him every time she's in trouble, Rumple tells her to show him he picked the right witch to cast his Dark Curse.
Elsewhere, in the Land of Oz, Regina's older half-sister Zelena, the Wicked Witch of the West, has been spying on her. Hearing that Rumple is beginning to have second thoughts about choosing Regina over her, Zelena becomes affected by the Singing Spell and breaks into song. Singing about her joy at Regina's impending failure, Zelena terrorizes the munchkins. However, she then decides to take advantage of the situation, by sending Regina a gift to stop the Charmings; she crafts a box to seal away to spell, confident that once it's done she can reveal that it was her magic to Rumple and regain his favor.

Trivia[]
- This is the only flashback song to take place in Oz. The rest were shown in the Enchanted Forest.
- Not counting what Zelena was watching in her mirror, this is the only song to take place without any normal speaking in a flashback. Zelena sings for her entire scene.
- Had the Blue Fairy not erased the memories of the time the singing spell was in place, Zelena would have succeeded in proving herself worthier than Regina to Rumplestilktskin.
- The title of the song refers back Zelena's first line in Season Three of Once Upon a Time: "The Queen might be evil, but I'm wicked. And wicked always wins."
- According to her lyrics, Zelena seems to think she looks attractive with her green skin.
