Joseph William "Joe" Locke is an English actor. He is best known for starring in the Netflix series Heartstoper, as Charlie Spring. For Disney, he portrays William Kaplan and the teenage form of Billy Maximoff/Wiccan, who takes over Kaplan's body, in the Marvel Studios Disney+ series Agatha All Along.
