Azuchi is a stage which first appeared in Dead or Alive 3.
Story[]
Both Ryu Hayabusa and Hayate confront each other on the roof top declaring that either one of them will defeat Genra.
Bayman and Christie confront each other out in the courtyard. Bayman is surprised that Christie is one of Victor Donovan's lap dog but he has his reason for killing Donovan for trying to kill him.
Description[]
Most fights start within the traditionally-built Asian building, in a circular room on the higher floors of the tower. Two walls are decorated with paintings: the inside wall features a tiger in long grass, and the other a dragon. There are red stairs leading upwards behind the tiger wall, fighters do not go up them.
With a good hit, foes can be pushed through windows, onto a lower-leveled roof and then into a walled-up courtyard outside; some fights may start in the courtyard or on the roof. Standing fire torches are placed around the courtyard, which act as hazards and deal damaged when someone crashes into them.

Trivia[]
- It is likely that Azuchi is named after Azuchi Castle, one of the primary castles of Oda Nobunaga, as they share a similar appearance.
- The stage was most likely released as DLC for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round to promote the DLC guest character Naotora Ii from Samurai Warriors, as the location's design was derived from Azuchi Castle as noted above, which was built around the same time her character had existed (a few years before her death, in fact) and it was released around the same time as Naotora Ii herself.
