Argus is a name used by several figures in the DC Universe.
A character known as Argus was Nick Kelly, an undercover cop who developed powers during Bloodlines. This gave him the ability to disappear in shadows and see everything on the light spectrum. Having been a member of Blood Pack, he is also an ally to the Flash. A separate character called Argus was of the New Olympians, part of a team assembled by Maxie Zeus to fight the Outsiders. He was inspired by the Greek deity of the same name. Argus was created by Mark Waid and Phil Hester, first appearing in The Flash Annual (Volume 2) #6. (1993)
