Demon Titanites (デーモンの楔) are upgrade materials in Dark Souls.

In-Game Description

Special titanite stolen from a faceless stone beast known as a Titanite Demon.
When the nameless blacksmith deity passed, from several Slabs, great beasts arose. The power of titanite remains within them, and they still roam Lordran today.

Availability[]

  • Dropped by Titanite Demons. A respawning demon can be found on the shortcut path between Demon Ruins and Lost Izalith; Rank +2 in the Chaos Servant covenant is not needed to reach it, as the demon can be encountered on the Lost Izalith side of the shortcut path (however, it is a lot easier to farm if the shortcut is opened). Most Titanite Demons drop one Demon Titanite, but those found in Anor Londo and Lost Izalith drop two each.
  • Two per playthrough can be obtained from Snuggly the Crow by trading one Dung Pie and one Prism Stone.
  • A total of five can be found in chests scattered throughout Anor Londo.

General information[]

Demon Titanite is used to upgrade unique weapons derived from the Souls of Bosses, however, there are some exceptions.

A total of 16 Demon Titanites can be obtained in a single playthrough without farming.
