Second Watcher (Korean: 다크카카오 경비대 부대장, dakukakao gyeongbidae budaejang, "Dark Cacao Guard Commander") is an NPC Cookie who appears in the first part of the Heroes of Dark Cacao update (v2.7) in Episode 13 of World Exploration, Snow on the Black Wall and appears briefly in Episode 3 of Beast-Yeast, The Awakening of White Apathy. This Cookie serves as one of the Watchers of the Dark Cacao Kingdom.
Story[]
In Episode 13, Second Watcher first appears in a meeting as a minister at the Hall of Dignity, summoned by 
Affogato Cookie. The Cookie argues against Affogato Cookie's claims and defends the First Watcher, 
Caramel Arrow Cookie, before being shut down by the others.
Second Watcher is seen again defending The Great Wall against the Licorice Sea creatures along side other Watchers and warriors. Such efforts were futile as the Wall began to collapse due to an unknown beast knocking it down.
