I’m writing about this here since I doubt anyone will believe my ramblings if I tell them of this in person. However, this being the internet doesn’t change much. I read the rules on EXEs but I see nothing on EXEs based on characters from non-Sonic characters ex. Godzilla.EXE, Mario.EXE, and etc? I am asking it because if those are allowed I plan to add famous non-Sonic character EXE characters starting with Godzilla.EXE (OG one not MUGENWarrior's nor Spy08 ones).

Any user or mods confirm this?
