The Scouter is an enemy in Chrono Trigger that appears in the Ocean Palace in 12000 BC.
Battle Strategy[]
Scouters are weak against light elemental techs. Using Crono's Lightning tech should deplete a high HP ammount or cause an instant KO. Magic from other elements could result in a counterattack.
As scouters are usually accompanied by Red Scouters and Blue Scouters, attacking them individually is the best option in order to avoid counterattacks or combo counters.
