Trivia[]
- This video marked:
- The final home video to have Bob Singleton as a musical director (not including the screener copy of Be My Valentine Love, Barney and the uncredited collaboration in Barney's Beach Party).
- The first home video where Barney is not voiced by Bob West, as he left the series prior to this video's production.
- Duncan Brannan's return to the Barney voice role after voicing him in the production of Season 4. This is also the first time Duncan Brannan sings as Barney. In My Party with Barney, he only did the dialogue, while Bob West did the singing.
- The first home video where Barney is voiced by Tim Dever.
- The only time "I Love You" was sung in E-flat major.
- The final time Stephen was seen without glasses.
- The only time Emily and Kristen appeared together.
- The final time Kristen appeared with Kim and Danny.
- The final time Danny and Stephen appeared together.
- The final home video where Barney is voiced by Jose Carlos Moreno in the Spanish release.
- The final video to feature the schoolyard and classroom setting, leaving the treehouse set being the only setting used in later videos after this. According to Robert Sweatmon, who plays Mr. Boyd in the series, the reason behind it was that the tree staircase that leads to the treehouse was removed out of the studio by a crane during the video's filming, and would later be moved to Peter Wolf and Associates, where it still stands to this day.
- This video was originally titled Super-Dee-Duper Circus.
- The title card refers to the video as Super Singing Circus.
- Kristen returns in this video after being absent for almost a year, since Barney's Night Before Christmas.
- Although the text was changed on the cover for the actual VHS release, the text for the ink label remains the same on the prototype cover.
- When Stephen lifts two weights that weigh 250 pounds, an ascending slide whistle sound from Let's Play School! plays.
Goofs[]
- Towards the end of Yankee Doodle, a camera can be seen on the far left side of the set.
