'Stivan the Hunter is a male halfling Fighter/Thief found in the streets of the Bridge District. If addressed in conversation he says "There be a seagull about... an' I've gots meself a sling bullet with 'is name on it!"
It appears that Stivan is on mission to rid Athkatla of the Seagull scourge. Perhaps the party can revise its task to rescue Imoen and face Irenicus for a time, in order to assist the halfling in this noble cause. Or perhaps not.
Minsc and Aerie have additional dialogue interjection if they are party members. The Aerie ones are particularly humorous.
