Vayu (風天 (ヴァユ) ) is one of the Lokapala and highest ranked kin of Azazel.^[1][2]

Overview[]

Vayu appears as a four armed humanoid whose lower half consists of billowing clouds. He wears several pieces of jewellry around his neck, wrists and ears and a sash around his middle. He also carries a polearm akin to a battle standard, with multiple sheets of cloth.^[3]

Vayu seems to be much more taciturn than his brother Indra, not speaking at all during his appearance, and simply going along with the wishes of his contractor.^[4]

Powers and Abilities[]

As a Lokapala alongside Indra, Vayu is a powerful demon, capable of incredible destructive feats as the pair together seemingly find it an easy task to destroy the Dominus Liminis^[5] He has powerful control over wind, capable of creating devastating vortexes that reduce boulders to dust.^[6]
