If you like CCS you will like this movie. Otherwise you might still like it since it's just so beautiful.
They took great care with the design of this side story. I really enjoyed to see the skylines of Hong Kong in different lights and also the parts of the town you get to see. It's truly beautiful. The characters are beautiful as well - especially the rival of Clow Reed. I also loved to see Li-kun's mother and sisters which are quite lovely.
The ending could have been better but it was still good and enjoyable.

Already tied to one of the best Anime out there, this film has a unique and beautiful style all its own. Great detail was put into recreating the city of Hong Kong and it shows. The movie also has an almost ethereal dark tone that provides a powerful ending.
