She serves as the second part of the Unholy Trinity, and as Chapter III's second secret boss.
She is a member of Gary's cult and vies for his affection. However, she's succeeded by Amy Martin, whom she envies.
Appearance[]
When she is first encountered in game, she's naked and has a large demon protruding out of what's left of her head.
Tiffany's demon is a large gray monster that has burst out of her neck, and got stuck on account of being too large to fit all the way through her face-portal. It has bright red eyes and an abnormally elongated jaw with sharp teeth. It has four appendages holding on to Tiffany's arms and legs that it uses to puppeteer her body, as well as two more large appendages at rest on her shoulders.
An official OST thumbnail gives us more information about her appearance before her possession[1]. She appears as a young woman similar to Amy Martin, with John even mistaking Tiffany for Amy when he first encounters her. Her hair is shoulder-length and her sprite's color is a dull pink. She can be seen wielding the sacrificial dagger.
Personality[]
Like most members of the Order of the Second Death, Tiffany is a fanatical follower of Gary who would do anything to help him succeed. She also seems to hold romantic feelings towards him. After Gary had chosen Amy Martin to succeed her, Tiffany would become envious of her. In an effort to prove how much she loves him, Tiffany willingly performed the Second Death ritual on herself with the help of other cult members.
She is former friends with Lisa Pearson, and lives in the same New Haven Apartment Complex as her.
Biography[]
Before October 28th, 1987[]
Into the early months of 1986, Tiffany is part of a cult ran by Gary Miller named the Eternal Order of the Second Death. She begins to hold feelings for Gary, but he doesn't reciprocate, sometimes even thinking she's a nuisance. However, her fanatical devotion proves that he can rely on her to co-manage operations while he's busy doing other things. Like other cult members, Tiffany is kept in the dark as to all of what Gary is doing.
During Gary's operation of a clinic somewhere in Connecticut, he sends a fax to his secretary, Rhonda, telling her not to return any calls from the Department of Health before notifying him or leaving a message with Tiffany[2], implying that Tiffany is co-running the clinic with Gary.
Tiffany eventually learns of Gary's plans to use Amy Martin as a vessel for the Second Death. Tiffany becomes jealous that Amy was picked as a vessel before her, believing Gary to have set his sights far too low. She tries to somehow sabotage the cult's plans, prompting Gary to announce to his thralls that Tiffany had betrayed his trust and the will of the UNSPEAKABLE, and that Lisa Pearson had been chosen to be the new vessel.
Shortly thereafter, Tiffany figures out a way to keep the cult from Lisa by summoning Alu. The demon places his seal on Lisa's door so that nobody can enter or leave, and eventually possesses her.
Finally, Tiffany performs the Second Death ritual on herself with the help of other thralls who had defected from Gary. However, she believes that the reason why nobody has done the ritual successfully is because more than seven sacrifices were needed[3]. So, she instead takes 490 sacrifices and becomes an abomination[4]. She hides away into the Unseen World to tempt Gary to follow her, either in an attempt to kill him or to show how much better she is than Amy[5].
October 29th, 1987[]
John Ward receives a letter from his childhood friend, Lisa Pearson, telling him how she feels unsafe in her apartment and asks him to visit. She advises him to get a spare key from her friend, Tiffany, if Lisa herself doesn't answer the door[6]. However, in a follow-up letter to John, Lisa says that neither Tiffany nor any of her other neighbors can be trusted[7]. Having coincidentally been instructed by Father Garcia to investigate the same apartment complex in search of Malphas, John heads over to it.
Upon arrival to Lisa's apartment, the front door is locked. John is able to find the spare key in 3B, Tiffany's apartment. Just when he is about to head back, an image of Tiffany briefly appears on the TV. Her face has a gaping, bloody hole, signifying that she recently had the Second Death ritual performed on her.
In Lisa's apartment, John finds the Seal of Alu blocking the door to her room. A note left nearby instructs him to exorcize a blood-stained dagger and mask to remove the seal. Upon reaching the basement of the complex, John finds the mask by the site of a Second Death ritual, as well as a note from Tiffany enticing Gary to meet her in the Unseen World since she has gone "beyond". There is additional blood writing on the wall saying, "not seven" and "seventy times seven".
Having removed the seal, John is able to rescue Lisa and banish Alu. He senses that a seal has broken "somewhere beyond". After having run into the Elevator Friend, he was given a strange set of drawings with Roman numerals and the instruction, "time to play elevator game". He inputs the sequence 1, 4, 2, 6, 2, 10, 5, 1 into the elevator buttons, bringing him to a secret floor of the complex in the Unseen World. Here, he finds Tiffany standing motionlessly in the darkness.
Sensing somebody is behind her, Tiffany believes that Gary has found her, so she calls out to him and asks if he's finally come looking for her. John mistakes her for Amy, making Tiffany disappointed that Amy was even brought up. John asks who Gary is, but Tiffany gives him a vague answer, saying that he's a normal human just like him and her. The lighting in the area grows a bit brighter, revealing that her head appears to have exploded. Tiffany tells John that she did this to show Gary what she could do for him. John worriedly asks if she did that to herself. Tiffany responds that she was the first to perform the ritual willingly. Her gigantic demon situated on her beheaded shoulders reveals itself as she claims that she is "beyond", and calls herself the "Daughter of the UNSPEAKABLE".
Tiffany's demon pursues John, stomping around and intermittently bouncing around the room as he exorcizes it, releasing the copious amount of spirits Tiffany had sacrificed in the process. After a while, John banishes the demon, who releases a final burst of spirits before disappearing. Tiffany's body collapses to the ground.
Just as John is about to leave, Tiffany's body hurriedly starts crawling towards him like a spider. He quickly turns around and exorcizes her before she can attack him, promptly bursting into a pool of blood.
There's a new note left behind by Gary, mocking John for wasting another day helping a hopeless soul (Lisa), but congratulating him for getting rid of Tiffany. Apparently, Gary's been meaning to kill off Tiffany for a long time but hasn't had the time to do it, presumably being preabsorbed in preparations for the Profane Sabbath. Gary asks John if he really knows whose side he's on, believing that they'll find out soon enough.
Returning to the elevator, the buttons don't work and a hole has opened in the floor. Words are scribbled on the ground saying, "damnatio memoriae". John jumps down the hole three times and reaches the elusive 7th floor, which had been, in a sense, erased from memory, including Tiffany.
John takes the elevator back to reality and heads back home, with no sign of Malphas' summoning site or the Martin Twins. Currently, he's unaware that Tiffany's defeat was crucial to remove one of the seals blocking the entrance to the Crucible.
October 30th, 1987[]
John finds a new letter from Father Garcia, instructing him to investigate a daycare center over reports of children exhibiting strange behavior. Before going into his car, John has the option to spy on his neighbors. Rather than his neighbors' TVs broadcasting normal programming, they display flashing images subconsciously trying to goad the viewer to kill, with the parents and children watching it barely reacting. Among the vivid imagery, Tiffany can be seen staring coldly at the viewer.
October 31st, 1987[]
During John's fight with Gary in Garyland, he has a chance of summoning apparitions of past foes, including Tiffany's demon as well as her body.

Trivia[]
- Tiffany's last name is confirmed to be Robinson as her apartment number, 3B, is where the spare key to Lisa's apartment is and the mailboxes on the first floor list it. 3B is further confirmed to be Tiffany's apartment when her image appears on the TV as John walks out.
- Tiffany's boss theme is titled "I Am Beyond", referring to her quote "AND NOW, I AM BEYOND.", where she claims to have done more than Amy has ever done for Gary.
- Her proclaiming herself as "The Daughter of the Unspeakable" is a bastardized version of Jesus Christ being "The Son of God", just like the other secret bosses of Chapter III.
- Tiffany shares the exact same color as the Elevator Lady.
- (This is related to the wiki page) Shoutout to Captain Howdy from the FAITH Fan Discord for cropping Tiffany on the OST Thumbnail.
