Ricky "Loose Lips" LeBlanc is a minor antagonist in the video game Batman: Arkham Origins and its Cold, Cold Heart DLC. He is a high-ranking member of Penguin's Gang and is the top arms dealer who works with the Penguin.
Biography[]
Loose Lips is first seen selling weapons to criminals, but is interrupted by Batman, being beaten and interrogated by him until Batman knocked him out. He wakes up, only to find himself held upside-down from a roof by Batman. Ricky refused to tell Batman anything, but Batman found a text on his phone, which told him all he needed to know. Then he dropped Leblanc down into a Christmas tree for the cops to pick up.
He was later seen being interrogated by a G.C.P.D. officer, still refusing to say anything. Batman then knocked out the officer and interrogated Ricky again for information on the weapon disruptor and its location. Leblanc eventually told Batman, and the latter proceeded to knock him out again.
Ricky 'Loose Lips' Leblanc was presumably sent to Blackgate, where he might have escaped from later in the evening during Joker's takeover.
