Professor Von Doofenshmirtz
Professor Von Doofenshmirtz is the main antagonist of the Phineas and Ferb episode "Steampunx". He is the 1903 equivalent (and possible ancestor) of Heinz Doofenshmirtz. He was an evil inventor who founded Doofenshmirtz Evil Amalgamated and seeked to destroy the Danville World Fair for unknown reasons. He is also the nemesis of Swerry the Swan, who is the 1903 equivalent of Perry the Platypus.
Just like his original counterpart, he was voiced by Dan Povenmire.
Biography[]
In the episode, Professor Von Doofenshmirtz created a giant robotic swan to destroy the Danville World Fair for some unknown reason. To that end, he has his robot sidekick Pneumatic Pnorman to trap Swerry and tie him to a railroad track. However, Swerry escapes and destroys the giant swan by filling it up with corn, sending von Doofenshmirtz soaring into the sky. In the end of the episode, Von Doofenshmirtz was not seen ever since until over 100 years later, he fell from the sky into the Flynn-Fletchers' backyard at the present timeline, alive but extremely old. Von Doofenshmirtz then wonders how long was he up there. It is completely unknown what happened to him afterwards, but it is likely that he eventually passed away due to his advanced age.

- Unlike most ancestors of Doofenshmirtz who are most likely to be deceased, Professor Von Doofenshmirtz is still alive.
- The way how Professor Von Doofenshmirtz returned from falling the sky as an old man, hundred of years old, is similar to how Alden Bitterroot from The Fairly OddParents returned as an old man, hundred of years later, after coming out of a well he was trapped in. However, unlike Professor Von Doofenshmirtz, Alden Bitteroot fell back into the well again.
