Montague is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Valeria) of Chapter 5: Season 1 from Fortnite: Battle Royale.
He is he founder of The Society who was introduced in Chapter 5: Season 1. He is a professional thief, a diamond manipulator and the owner of Grand Glacier luxurious hotel.
Personality[]
Montague is described as a man with heart of diamond and nerves of steel. He believes that wealth is power like all other Society members and will do everything to increase his power and influence, causing him to found of The Society.
Appearance[]
Montague is a middle aged man with black and white hair and a very slim build. He wears an amulet containing a blue relic similar to the Ruby Relic, the one that Valeria owns. He wears a darkish gray bluish coat and has a dark colored shirt inside, he also has complete heterochromia iridum, with his left iris being brown and his right iris being blue.
History[]
Before Chapter 5[]
Montague, as a wealthy thief and manager of the Grand Glacier Hotel, decided to unite the Island's Elites under a single group called The Society in order to increase their influence and power. Valeria with Nisha, Oscar and Peter Griffin joined him at the top of The Society.
Chapter 5: Season 1[]
As the founder of The Society, he has more influence than any other member except Valeria. He fights desperately against The Underground like the other members however following several successive defeats against The Underground, infighting started among The Society.
Chapter 5: Season 2[]
After The Underground defeats The Society, Valeria opens the Pandora's Box, later Montague, Nisha, and Oscar are confronting Zeus and the gods with Society Remnants. After later, The Society Remnants dissolve; with their bases guarded by the Minions including Grand Glaicer, Reckless Railways, Lavish Lair, and Fencing fields abandoned, Valeria and Montague both are the ones to escape the island and while Nisha, Oscar, and Kavel still remains on the island.
Chapter 5: Season 3[]
After the gods went to find new domain, Montague would then start rebuilding the Society but when the Wasteland Warriors came to the Island with a sandstorm, It covered a lot of the island including some of the Society's Locations such as Snooty steppes a coastal village with a estate at the top of it and Fencing Fields Nisha's home and work, Which led to Nisha being poor which led her to be kicked out of the group, Oscar and Montague kept arguing which led to Oscar being kicked out of the group as well, Montague then decided to leave the island with the remaining Society members but still controlling his hotel the Grand Glacier.

- It may also be based from William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, where it may be based on the House of Montague where Romeo belongs to.
