Menace is the main antagonist of the episode Operation Dog and the Hippy Boy in the show Shaggy and Scooby Doo get a Clue. He was a villain hired by Dr. Phibes to eliminate Shaggy and Scooby-Doo.
He was voiced by Frank Welker.
Personally[]
Menace is shown to be aggressive and a sociopath. Menace is also power hungry, after he gained muscles, and he intends to get Albert’s nano tech formula, so he can eventually become invincible.
After receiving a nano tech power, his personality change to be a permanent happy go lucky from a side effect. He also wants a kitty to play with.

According to Albert Shaggleford, he was a geneticist before becoming a bodybuilder and genetically enhanced sociopath.
Synopsis[]
Menace was hired by Dr. Phibes along with Cat Lady and Mr. Invisible as he was heading to Phibes’ headquarter for the mission. While he heading there, he encountered Shaggy and Scooby-Doo and tries to destroy them, but the latters managed to overpower him with Scooby morph from the super power Scooby Snack into him, and they place in a Mystery Machine that was morph in a cage jet to be sent somewhere, so they can get to Dr. Phibes in his place.
Menace managed to overpower the Mystery Machine and landed at Shaggy’s mansion after Cat Lady, Mr Invisible, and Agent 2 were dealt with. He tried to eliminate them, and he intended to acquire secrets to Albert’s nano tech power, so he can be more powerful and eventually become invincible. Shaggy and Scooby-Doo managed to overcome with using a morph power Scooby Snack and later the super strength Scooby Snack to toss him out of the mansion. Even though Menace failed to eliminate them, he successfully acquired the sample of the nano tech formula for Dr. Phibes.
In Shaggy and Scooby World, Menace tested out the nano tech formula that granted him to morph to anyone he touch, which worked at first, but it backfired to the point that he got his personality changed to permanent happy-go-lucky guy. He also wanted a kitty, but Dr. Phibes denied his request. When Dr. Phibes tried to the nano tech formula to deal with Shaggy and Scooby after his frustration for failing to deal with them, he was turned into a cat, and Menace got the cat he wanted to play, much to Phibes’ horror.
In Almost Purr-fact, Menace continued to play with Dr. Phibes, who stilled have the side effects of turning into a cat. This annoyed Phibes so much that he ejected Menace out of the submarine, where he happily swim away.
