Mark is the main protagonist of the creepypasta Mrs. Wilson's Homemade Jam.
Growing up, Mark never liked eating any type of food, much to to concern of his parents. His refusal to eat had also made him malnourished, to the point where he still had to be put in a stroller at age six. However, when Mark had spotted a jar of "Mrs. Wilson's Homemade Jam" in a supermarket, he bribes his parents to buy it for him. From that point forward, he became obsessed with the jam, coming to visit Mrs. Wilson on a regular basis.
When it was discovered that Mrs. Wilson had created the jam by aborting her unborn babies, working a prostitute in her spare time, and using their remains mixed with fruits and the primary component of the jam, she left the recipe to Mark, who at the end of the creepypasta had decided that he'll make more jam by using the unborn baby of his wife.
