Vault dweller: Who was going to pay you? Lev: Man from Foundation, named Rocco. Said he'd pay in guns, ammo, and information. How best to strike Foundation and take for ourselves, something Meg would never do. Hey, maybe you kill Rocco now? I don't give a fuck!

~ Lev on why he betrayed Meg
Lev is a major antagonist in Fallout 76 during the Raider side of the Wastelanders storyline. He is a Russian Raider and a member of Meg's Raiders, however if the Raider storyline is followed, Lev betrays Meg and starts his own gang of Raiders and sabotages the Vault heist.
Lev appears as a light skinned male with a beard and shaved head, he also has facepaint over his mouth. He also wears Cutthroat Raider armor.
Biography[]
Before the Great War Lev was a Soviet Mobster who came to America before the war. He enjoyed the change in locale and likes the United States - or what's left of it - as Americans are, in his view, soft and make for easy prey. Becoming a raider and eventually joining Meg's gang, Lev considers himself Meg's second in command when in reality they hardly see eye to eye with Lev not agreeing with some of the members that Meg has recruited like Lucky Lou, Gail, and Ra-Ra. If the Vault 76 dweller choses the raiders for the heist on Vault 79, Lev betrays Meg after being contacted by Rocco, an exiled settler of Foundation who wishes to get back into Foundation by bringing them the Vault's gold with Rocco hiring Lev to steal Lou's detonator and bring it to him in exchange for his stash of weapons and ammo as well as information on Foundation. With the heist about to begin Lev attacks Lou at the entrance to Vault 79 tying his arms to a pole and leaving a tranquilized Yao Guai to kill him. However right as the tranquilizer dart wears off on the Yao Guai, the Vault 76 dweller arrives and saves Lou by killing the Yao Guai in which Lou informs them of what occurred and tells them to report what has happened to Meg. Meg than states that not only Lev but Surge, Fisher and a large group of her raiders have all betrayed her and orders the Vault dweller to wipe out Lev's gang of traitors. The Vault dweller first must find the location of Lev's hideout by finding out who Lev's mole is , after finding them, and learning Lev's location the Vault dweller tracks him to his hideout in the Poseidon Power Plant and kills all of his gang members including Surge and Fisher before confronting Lev who tells them about Rocco hiring him to sabotage the heist but all dialogue choices end the same with the Vault dweller ultimately being forced to kill Lev and then has the option of hunting down Rocco to tie up loose ends.
However if the Vault dweller choses to work with the Settlers instead of the Raiders, Lev never betrays Meg and stays a member of her gang.
