Jessie's Wobbuffet is the secondary antagonist in The Pokémon anime. He is a Psychic type owned by Jessie he usually helps out the trio in capturing Pikachu for Giovanni.
In the original Japanese version, he is voiced by Yuji Ueda while in the English dub, he is voiced by Kayzie Rogers until her retirement in 2017 when she was replaced by Erica Schroeder.
Biography[]
Wobbuffet was Introduced in the episode Tricks of the Trade owned by a trainer named Benny where he was looking to trade his Wobbuffet as he wasn't interested in raising it anymore.
Later Jessie accidentally hit the trading machine where her Lickitung's Pokéball was sent through it and was Wobbuffet was given to her. at first, Jessie was annoyed with Wobbuffet as it kept popping out his Pokéball.
But in later seasons she grew more fond of it.

- Wobbuffet is considered to be the second-best member of Team rocket. The best one is James.
- He has appeared as the third most Pokémon to appear in the anime.
