Colonel Ike Sloan is the main antagonist of Blood Dragon, the stand-alone expansion pack of Far Cry 3. Leader of the cyber-command team called Omega Force, Colonel Sloan wants to wipe out the United States and their enemies to leave only the strong alive by using dragon blood. He comes into conflict with his former subordinate, Rex "Power" Colt, who is tasked with stopping the colonel's plans.
He was voiced by Danny Blanco Hall, who also voiced Daniel Cross and Kesegowaase in the Assassin's Creed series.

Sloan is a colonel within United States Army, and in the aftermath of a nuclear war between United States and Russia, Sloan became a Mark V Cyber-Commando and was the commanding officer of Rex Power Colt and T.T. "Spider" Brown. When Sloan came across Draon Blood from Blood Dragons, he beacme "super-charged", developing a god-like complex. When he learned that the United States was trying to make peace negoations with Russia, Sloan decided to betray his country and return the "balance" in the war.
Working with doctors Elizabeth Veronica Darling and Carlyle who were doing research on Blood Dragons, Sloan decided to have scientists obtain dragon blood so he could spread it across the world. He would also become the leader of Omega Force, which consisted of Mark Vs, which had a stronger sense of loyalty and discipline than the Mark IVs.
Blood Dragon[]
Sloan is the former commanding officer Rex Power Colt and T.T. "Spider" Brown, who went rogue after consuming Dragon Blood and became "Supercharged", Rex and Spider went to an island to investigate about Sloan, but he captures the two and reveals his motives on redressing the "red menance". When Spider stated that he knew what the colonel was planning, Sloan proceeded to kill Spider and knocked out Rex and left him to die. Colt would survive due to the assistance of Dr. Darling, managing to take a garrison and tasked him with destroying a bridge.
Sloan planned to revert the world to a prehistoric-like state with him as the ruler, he even deemed himself as the "New Zeus" and a "Cybergod". Dr. Elizabeth Darling, who was Sloan's former assistant, teamed up with Rex to overthrow his hegemonic plan. Rex later encounters Dr. Carlyle, a scientist who was Darling's co-worker and now working for Sloan, Rex fights the cyber soldiers and zombies, and Carlyle ended up killed by his AI due to his frequent abuse of it.
Later, Sloan abducted Darling which resulted in Rex to assault the Omega base with the new Battle Dragon. Sloan managed to destroy the robotic dragon and mocked Colt for turning soft. Though Sloan appeared to have the upper hand, he was killed by Rex with the Killstar, defeating the colonel and thrwating his plans.
