GulusGammamon is the evil form of Gammamon, Hiro Amanokawa's partner, and the main antagonist in Digimon Ghost Game. He has a further stage in the form of Regulusmon.
He is voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro, who also voices Mosquito Girl in One Punch Man, Beelzebul from Genshin Impact and Daki in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba.
Appearance[]
GulusGammamon is a black humanoid reptile with pink stripes, a blue cape fastened with a black belt, a set of horns on his head (in particular, a large yellow horn in the front of his head), sharp teeth, a red gem in his chest, sharp, red claws, large talons, and a tail ending in a yellow, spiked tip not unlike his talons in appearance.
As Regulusmon, he is a jet-black dragon that looks a lot like Canoweissmon. He has navy blue wings, and his cape acts as two more wings. He is armed with a shield that contains three lasers and acts as an extra mouth. His tail end has two gold spears.
Personality[]
GulusGammamon has a sassy and cruel personality that is cold, fatalistic, and more mature than Gammamon. He outright rejects his Gammamon identity, and feels no loyalty or kindness toward Hiro or any of the others. He strongly believes that "eat or be eaten" are the only two rules in the Digital World. He is also very murderous, and is willing to kill any enemy Digimon who threatens Hiro and his friends.

Trivia[]
- Unlike SkullGreymon, Megidramon, and Machinedramon, who don't talk, GulusGammamon speaks, and Regulusmon speaks too.
- In fact, GulusGammamon has his own dark digivolution, which is Regulusmon.
- Unlike his light counterpart, his emblem on the digivice is red.
- Each time GulusGammamon appears, black Digimon (BlackAgumon, BlackGargomon and BlackGrowlmon) watches secretly. Later it was said that they were the watchers of GulusGammamon.
- According to the Digimon Reference Book, Regulusmon boasts power reminiscent of Megidramon, one of the famed Four Great Dragons.
- He is the first main antagonist to not be destroyed during the final battle, but to be redeemed also. He is also the first major antagonist to not be at the Mega level.
- Several fans expressed some disappointment with Regulusmon being a major antagonist rather than his mega form, Arcturusmon.
- Lack of frequent communication between the writers of Ghost Game and Bandai Namco were apparently to blame for this. The designs for Siriusmon, Diarbbitmon, Amphimon, and Regulusmon were ultimately those created and intended to be used by the writers of Ghost Game. When Gammamon gained its own archetype in the TCG and had an expanded roster for it's Vital Bracelet BE -VV- model, of which included not just Arcturusmon and Proximamon, but also entirely new Ultimate Level forms alongside the existing ones. Bandai Namco designed all of the other new forms for the line that never factored into the anime. As a result, by the time the writers ever learned that Bandai designed more forms for Gammamon, the conclusion to the series was already written out and proceeding as planned, with no room to implement any last second changes like they did for the Vital Bracelet BE -VV- itself. The Vital Bracelet BE -VV- was introduced as a last second change to the original plan too, but as it was a relatively simple modification to the existing Vital Bracelet -V- in terms of appearance, its inclusion in the anime was much easier to implement even at a last second note.
