Sandro was placed on the Sokka tribe. At the beginning of the second cycle, the contestants were joined by three new competitors, Sébastien Gottiniaux, Claire Pradayrol, and Vincent Roux. After placing second in the corresponding Reward Challenge, the Sokka tribe selected Vincent to join them and increase their numbers to seven.

At the final eighteen, a tribe dissolution challenge took place, with the Sokka tribe losing and thus being disbanded. The Bokor and Takéo tribes assigned Manuella Baudet and Claire, respectively, to select which of its former members they would absorb. Maria Beccaris and Sandro were selected by Manuella to join the Bokor tribe. After this newly-constructed Bokor tribe lost the fourth Immunity Challenge, Franck Schlienger was narrowly voted out against Maria in a 5-4 vote at the corresponding Tribal Council. The next cycle, Sandro entered into an alliance with Sébastien, Clémentine Jullien, and Bastien Muñez, all other people who had voted against Franck, and the four wanted to target stronger opponents going forward, starting with Yassin Metiri who was being cold with his tribemates socially. However, the Bokor tribe did not lose any more Immunity Challenges, evaporating all but one last opportunity to get Yassin out before the merge.

Before the merge, the Bokor and Takéo tribes selected Mathilde Chevalier and Sandro, respectively, to be the Ambassadors of their rivals. Before Sandro went to the Ambassadors' Meeting, he and the rest of the Bokor tribe, save for Yassin, agreed that Sandro could sacrifice Yassin as he was likely to be the next person voted out anyway on their end due to his failed social interactions. At the Ambassadors' Meeting, Mathilde and Sandro agreed to this, but not before they negotiated that Mathilde would transfer her Hidden Immunity Necklace to Sandro upon returning to camp. At the beginning of the merge, the second Bokor tribe members only held a slight numbers advantage over the second Takéo tribe members, but that was still enough for the former group to easily vote out Vincent of the latter group in a 6-5 vote. A number of contestants in the minority were frustrated with Vincent's elimination as they felt that Vincent had deserved to stay in the game for much longer, though the drivers of this vote targeted this physically stronger competitor intentionally because they were playing strategically.

At the final ten, the Buggin' Out challenge took place and Sandro initially pretended to be poor at the challenge in order to give himself and partner Claire an edge during the final round and ultimately win the challenge. As this pair celebrated their reward, the rest of their tribemates felt bitter about Sandro's duplicitous strategy and agreed to swap out Sandro and Claire's letters from their loved ones out for some food when the opportunity presented itself. Upon learning of this when returning to camp from his reward, Sandro got upset and claimed that he deserved his letters. This ended up being the last straw for even his allies and the majority of the tribe agreed to blindside Sandro at the corresponding Tribal Council, though they were cautious about his Hidden Immunity Necklace. At Tribal Council, Sandro felt confident that he was safe and he did not play his Hidden Immunity Necklace, but he received the majority of the votes and was eliminated. Thinking that Clémentine was on his side, Sandro transferred his Hidden Immunity Necklace to her, though she responded that she was part of the plan all along and ridiculed him for his recent overconfidence and for being blindsided so easily.

• Sandro was selected as a replacement in La Légende in case of a male medical abandonment at the beginning of the adventure but he did not join the season.
