The Polis Massa system was a star system located in the Subterrel sector of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories. It was home to the planet Polis Massa until the world^[1] was destroyed by ancient superweapons,^[4] leaving behind only an asteroid field. Padmé Amidala gave birth to Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa in the asteroid field.^[1]
