Wisp Away is a gameplay mechanic that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It was a Miiverse functionality that allowed players to transfer items between them. Following the termination of the Miiverse however, this function is now unusable.

In gameplay in the Wii U version of Sonic Lost World, Wisp Away was a Miiverse mechanic. With this feature, the player could send out an power-up to help other players in their gameplay via Miiverse. Power-ups Wisp Away could send to other players included Wisps, 1-Ups, Thunder Shields, Shields, Invincible, Super Rings, etc.
