This is the transcript for the TailsTube episode, "TailsTube #5 (Remember When?)".

Tails: Hi everyone! Welcome back for another edition of TailsTube!

Amy: [Laughs] Looks like the gang's all here this time.

Sonic: Yeah. Wow. You even got Knuckles off his flying piece of real estate.

Knuckles: I came to return what's left of his gizmo from earlier. It wasn't rock compatible.

Sonic: So what’s up, Tails? Why’d you call us here?

Tails: There was a lot of introspection during our adventure on the Starfall Islands. It made me kind of nostalgic, so I thought I'd bring everyone together for a new segment I’d like to call: “Remember When”.

Sonic: You know I wouldn’t be opposed to a leisurely stroll down memory lane.

Knuckles: Ha! You? Leisurely?

Sonic: Yeah, how else would you keep up?

Tails: All right, guys, [Nervous laugh] let's wind the clock all the way back. Back to the days when our travels first started. We had so many crazy adventures and met so many other cool people. Like, hey, remember Mighty the Armadillo?

Sonic: Oh, yeah! Man, I haven't seen that guy in forever.

Amy: [Giggles] It's no wonder, he's a lot like you. Traveling the world, seeking out new adventures and challenges.

Knuckles: I remember when he helped out me and the boys back in the day. Real reliable guy.

Amy: I know, right? And he's so sweet and kind and gentle. It's so nice that all his speed and strength didn't go to his head.

Knuckles: Yeah. He's basically a better version of Sonic.

Sonic: Oh. I mean, he's a great guy, but let's not get carried away here.

Knuckles: I don't know. He can Spin Dash like you, but his shell’s unbreakable. He could power through stuff, that stops you in your tracks.

Sonic: Hmm. So, would you say he's stronger than you?

Knuckles: Oh. Uh. Uh, who's next on your list, Tails?

Sonic: [Chiding] Answer the question.

Tails: We can't talk about Mighty without mentioning his best buddy, Ray the Flying Squirrel.

Amy: Oh, he's so cute. Oh, he's so bright and sunny. Just as his name suggests.

Sonic: He’s sure come a long way from the scared little kid Mighty and I first met.

Tails: I loved hanging out with him. He could use his tail in special ways, just like me. And he was a master at gliding. Oh, he could go on forever.

Knuckles: Yeah, but you get tired after a few minutes. You know, those two are basically, like, upgraded versions of you.

Amy: Knuckles!

Knuckles: What? I was just saying.

Tails: Unfortunately, not everyone we've ever met has been a friend. Oh, I can't remember how many times we had to deal with Fang the Hunter.

Sonic: Fang the- Wait, hold up. I thought his name was Nack the Weasel.

Tails: Nope. That was an alias. His real name is Fang.

Knuckles: And he's not even a weasel. Wasn't he some kind of wolfy thing?

Tails: Nope! A jerboa.

Knuckles: Huh. I could have sworn.

Amy: Wait... I remember him being called Fang the Sniper? Oh, not that I mind the change. So unnecessarily violent. [Shudders]

Tails: He's gone by a bunch of different names. Probably to escape punishment for his life of crime.

Knuckles: I never liked the guy. I mean, what kind of jerk willingly works with Eggman?

Sonic: Yeah. What kind of jerk would do that?

Knuckles: Uh, one time!

[Amy and Tails mutter]

Sonic: Wow, that’s some fuzzy math going on there. It’s more like three times, but who’s counting?

Amy: At least we haven't had to deal with him or his gang for a while.

Knuckles: I do like his hat, though.

Tails: We've met so many people across the globe, but it's so hard to keep in touch sometimes. It's nice to sit around and revisit these memories together though.

Sonic: Yeah, you know, all this looking back has been nice and all, but I’m more about living in the moment. For example, in this moment I am living for some lunch.

Amy: Well, we're all here. Let's have a cookout!

Sonic: Woo-hoo!

Knuckles: Yeah, party at Tails’ place!

Sonic: Nice!

Tails: Looks like we're doing this. Guess we'll have to get back to reminiscing another time. Bye everyone!

Sonic: [Off-screen] Yo, speaking of all this history. Aren't we coming up on the anniversary of our adventure on the Northstar Islands?

Amy: [Off-screen] [Laughs] Oh, yeah. I wonder if we can invite...
