The plasma payload is a weapon mod for the Hellstorm missile launcher introduced in the Fallout 76 update Steel Dawn.

Applying the plasma payload changes the weapon's damage type from physical to energy. Additionally, the following changes are applied to the weapon:
- 35% increased AP cost when using V.A.T.S.
- 80% increased weapon weight.
- 80% increased
value. - 16.67% increased rate of fire.
- 25% decreased ADS.
