Jim is a deceased settler in Shenandoah National Park in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.
Background[]
Jim's "idiot friend" was kidnapped by raiders in the Skyline Valley region, who demanded 3000 caps for his release.[1] Jim and his associates could not gather so much money, but Jim decided to go to the raiders' camp on the road south of Rapidan Camp with all the caps that he could gather regardless.[2] The raiders chose to imprison and/or kill Jim, and his corpse can be found in a cage in their camp.
