The bandana is a large handkerchief which is rolled and tied around the forehead. It provides no Damage Threshold but does grant a +1 bonus to Perception. It can be repaired with other bandanas. In Fallout 4 and Fallout 76, the bandana wraps around the player's mouth and provides no Damage Resistance and no boosts to any specials. It can also be equipped by dogs.
