Synopsis[]
Goofy wins a remodeling contest but Pete tricks him out of it. Thinking he is going to get free remodeling on his house, Pete soon finds himself conned.

- The title of this episode is a spoof of A Nightmare on Elm Street.
- While this episode marks the third and final appearance of Spud and Wally in terms of both broadcast order and production order, it works better as their first chronological appearance since they are more properly introduced in this episode. In contrast, their other two appearances in "O, R-V, I N-V U" and "The Good, the Bad and the Goofy" present them both as individuals whom the audience should already be familiar with in each case. Plus, they are arrested in "The Good, the Bad and the Goofy" while they each get away in both this episode and in "O, R-V, I n-V U".
