Motivation
[edit]Our version is one of the few Russian newspapers that contains encyclopedic information about organizations, ministries and personalities. The newspaper was founded in 1998 by Artyom Borovik, who specialized in investigative journalism. The same concept continues 21 years after his tragic death at Sheremetyevo.
