I think this is a great book to talk about the bus. So many of my kids ride the bus and it's great for them to see and hear about the bus from such a happy little character. It talks about what the buses do through out the day and the places they go. I love the illustrations too.

I love this book. It is so cute. The illustrations are so lively, and rhymes are very lyrical. My daughters loved hearing this read aloud.
I would read this book to Kindergarten or First graders who are just learning the busing system. That way they can get used to the routine of bus riding in the morning and afternoons. It is cute and very creative with great pictures. Overall it is a good, entertaining book that truly could make things easier in a childs mind to get used to something totally new to them like riding the bus. Definitely a "first day of school" book to read!
This book is a cute book about what a school bus does everyday. It takes about dropping kids off at school and how it can take you other places like the zoo.
Gedell Ellington review: Summary: I'm Your Bus is writing as the buys are talking. Buses are telling the about their daily life. Buses are here morning, noon, and nighttime talking children from to school to home and back again. Personal Reaction: I thought the book was cute and was great for young children to learn about the bus that not only take them to school but in trip and back home. Extension Ideas: This book would be great for children that are not use to riding the school bus. Also children could learn how important it is to follow the rules while on the bus.
Many children have to ride the bus to and from school. Their first time might me scary but reading this book will help them feel at ease. The cheerful school bus talks and is very entertaining! This book talks about other forms of transportation around town such as a firetruck or a police car.
A fun read aloud.
