The Meat Lover's Meatless Celebrations: Year-Round… by Kim O'Donnel
Great pictures, gives menus by season and holiday. Some of the recipes are entirely too fussy for me (I just don't have time to lovingly saute my broccoli rabe before I stick it into a handmade lentil "meat" ball sandwich with fresh made marinara sauce) but the flavors are good and for a nice party there are some great snacks (sweet potato hummus, yum).
