Summary

Feixiao (飛霄Fēixiāo^?), whose true name is Saran, is Xianzhou Yaoqing's Merlin's Claw and one of the Seven Arbiter-Generals. Her personality is unrestrained and frank, dashing and straightforward. She is skilled in all forms of martial arts and has honed herself into a supreme weapon. She is widely adored by Xianzhou soldiers and civilians alike as "The Great General." However, she bears the burden of the Moon Rage affliction. If she were to hunt down all the abominations in her limited lifetime — Then the only enemy Feixiao has would be herself.

Attack Potency: Galaxy level (Stated to be comparable to the Lord Ravagers/Overlords, the Emanators of Destruction,^[56] who within the Antimatter Legion's power hierarchy, are regarded as the faction's strongest members and capable of incinerating entire galaxies.^[57] The Arbiter-Generals are stated to be Emanators of The Hunt.^[58][34] Should be more powerful than Aventurine of Stratagems, as Feixiao is a fully-fledged Emanator recognized by the Aeon she follows while Aventurine of Stratagems has only a share of the authority of Diamond, an Emanator of Preservation.^[37][34] Sushang believes that Feixiao is superior to Jing Yuan.^[59] She is peerless in combat among the current 7 Arbiter-Generals^[24] Immensely stronger than the likes of Yunli and Yanqing, being able to effortlessly stop their clash with just her fingers.^[60] Was very confident in defeating and capturing Hoolay on her own, with the Warhead seemingly acknowledging that he can't defeat Feixiao in a fair fight.^[61] Hoolay, while possessing Feixiao's body, utterly stomped Yunli, Yanqing and March 7th at the same time,^[22] forcing the former two to be hospitalized on the Alchemy Commission^{[62][Statistics Values 1]})

Speed: Immeasurable (Was able to get in between Yunli and Yanqing while they were in a intense duel, stopping their weapons from clashing before they could react and realize Feixiao's presence, all at the same time while being casual.^[60] Sushang believes that Feixiao is faster than Jing Yuan.^[59] Yunli, Yanqing and March 7th, while working together, were barely able to keep up with Feixiao's speed when she was being possessed by Hoolay^[22])

Lifting Strength: Class G (As an Emanator, Feixiao is stronger than Pathstriders,^[35] making her physically superior to SAM. She effortlessly stopped Yunli and Yanqing's weapons from clashing with her fingers.^[63] It took Yunli, Yanqing, and March 7th combined strength to only momentarily restrain Feixiao^{[22][Statistics Values 2]})

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius combatant and strategist (Feixiao was trained under the former Yaoqing Arbiter-General in the art of war from a young age, honing herself into a supreme weapon and a master of countless weapons, ranging from close-range to long-range.^[64][7] Throughout the 5000 years history of the Xianzhou Alliance,^[65] no one’s martial prowess has been as renowned as Feixiao's, despite her being an Arbiter-General for only 30 years.^[66] She is described as the epitome of all soldiers and is peerless in combat among the current 7 Arbiter-Generals.^[24] Feixiao is skilled in all forms of martial arts such as the drunken fist^[23] and has honed herself into a supreme weapon of combat.^[28] Sushang believes that Feixiao is a better fighter than Jing Yuan.^[59] Feixiao serves as the General of the Xianzhou Yaoqing, a flagship renowned for its martial prowess compared to the other flagships.^[67][68] She has earned the moniker "fierce and swift" for her unparalleled presence on the battlefield, demonstrated by her ability to secure victory against five different abomination forces within a year.^[69][70][7] Additionally, Feixiao possesses the ability to deduce others' skills simply by observing them in action, further enhancing her strategic and combat capabilities.^[63] She can seamlessly interchange her weapons in the midst of battle while fighting against tens of thousands of foes by herself^[7][23])

Weaknesses: Removing a Foxian's liver will slow down their regeneration. Feixiao suffers from Moon Rage, which depletes her life and sanity until she becomes a bloodthirsty monster, and due to Foxians not having a healing factor at the same level as the Boririns, the Moon Rage will slowly tear her body apart and cause her to eventually die. Feixiao also doesn't know how to activate her Moon Rage state at will, which seemingly happens at the peak of her heated battles. | After she consumed Hoolay's Crimson Moon heart, most of Feixiao's weaknesses related to the Moon Rage have been eliminated, as now her bloodlusted thoughts that plagued her disappeared and her body will not be slowly torn apart anymore once she enters the Moon Rage state, since she gained a high level regeneration equal to Hoolay's, allowing her to recover any damage the Moon Rage inflicts on her. Although Feixiao still doesn't know how to activate the Moon Rage at will.
