Kyosuke Tokumoto is the psychopathic enforcer of various organizations he sadistically carries out orders for and serves as the main antagonist of the Kamen Rider Faiz: Worm Invasion. He originally grew up at the Ryusei academy made for the adopted children of a man named Hanagata. Extremely sadistic he was thrown away at birth by his own parents yet rejected all the new opportunities gifted to him for growth. Instead using his intellect to demoralize others instead. Soon he becomes Kamen Rider Delta to be the harbinger of chaos and later other forms using an Evol driver. Overtime he is hated by everyone and becomes the overall vilest enemy to the Faiz group.

In the first arc named "Invasion" he was the secondary antagonist, the second arc titled "Bloodlines" he was the unseen overarching antagonist, and in the latest arc "Planet Blood" he serves as one of the two main antagonists alongside Kiryuu Sento.

Biography[]

Kyosuke Tokumoto was born in Osaka Japan to wealthy aristocrats who were oil giants that delivered 50 million gallons of oil to the United States every year. Although having humble origins he was a troubled child who suffered from psychopathy even from when he was just two months old. He threw his pacifier at his first babysitter and even tried to bite her nose off. Noticing these early signs of trouble his parents dumped him into a pile of trash in an obscure location where nobody would find him. The butler soon found out though and kept him until he was 11 months convincing them that they were overreacting. This was their undoing as the baby gleefully set off 5 matches near the gas pipes and set the house on fire.

Kyousuke was then sent to an orphanage where the livid family dropped him off in with the same butler calling him the devil. Despite that he was taken in for very little money by an intrigued man named Hanagata. The latter saw potential in Kyousuke and raised him in the 52nd district of the massive academy giving him a luxurious life and his roommate was a girl named Rina. They developed a rough relationship as he wanted to witness suffering as she wanted to sooth pain in the world. Several times he tried to kill her while Rina was sleeping but was disciplined by the teacher. Growing into a brilliant boy he even encountered a measly boy named Masato Kusaka who he frequently abused along with the other students.

One day Mari came to him and as a new student who had lost her family to a fire wanted to know where everything was. Being repulsed by her demeanor he spat at her and beat her black and blue. To his surprise unlike Rina who took in his abuse, Mari got back up and slapped him across the cheek. This moment became talked about and he was ridiculed to his fury. At that point he only acted to reform in order to survive and after graduation everyone went their separate ways. Although he was with Rina and Ken Arai who sought greater meaning in life.

One time all the students decided collectively on holding a reunion for all Ryusei graduates and during that point he decided to slaughter them all out of spite. Before he could do that though, they were all killed by Kitazaki the dragon orphenoch. After being experimented on by SMART Brain he was filled with more destructive impulse than ever. He went on the streets and already took his AK-47 and shot 12 people dead stamping their bodies before ripping them to pieces. Following this he went to monks in Tibet and inquired about a power that would let him transcend to godhood. They told him a warrior would one day slay a demented soul like that of his to pieces.

This infuriated him and after torturing all the monks and blowing the small city to hell he laid down for a while until the end moments of the first book. Where he showed himself to Rina and Arai along with "Mari" (worm) and Yuji who was fighting Kitazaki alongside the current Delta. He came slowly towards the girl in a calm fashion surprising everyone even the irritated worm. Kyousuke stepped her arm and caused her to dehenshin, throwing her towards her demise at Kitazaki's hands. Taking Delta he transformed and beat up Kitazaki and Yuji until they were forced to retreat. For a short moment he did see Sawada who then did a quick slash towards him. He dodged and then later escaped out of sight.

A couple of months passed and he reappeared in his hometown of Osaka and stormed his parent's mansion in a fit of wrath to slaughter anyone (even innocent) in the vicinity. When authorities arrived they could only see mashed lungs and blood. Kyosuke then began dropping the dead parts of his parents in Tokyo and screamed a blood curdling howl. This caught the attention of Mari and Yuji who arrived promptly to deal with the chaos. The former of the two was amused at what may go down, but was a little unnerved at what happened next. Delta had a few children that he was choking, laughing as he did it. Yuji thrusted himself in front of them and saved all three of them. Kyosuke started brawling with Yuji who then called him a monster, to which Tokumoto told all his names.

Soon after that Lucky Clover joined the fight and began to cause chaos around the area. Kyosuke took this advantage to blow up a few buildings while yelling that Kamen Rider invasion has begun to the public. The Mari worm seized this opportunity to replace Saeko Kageyama (the lobster orphenoch) with a worm duplicate. All while still looking horrified at Kyosuke which to some degree wasn't feigned. Yuji and Mari along with Lucky clover then dispersed. Leaving the real Saeko Kageyama dying next to an energetic Delta who finishes her pain.

Overtime Kyosuke learns of an anarchistic orphenoch called Sawada and identifies him as the individual who dared to strike a god such as himself. Therefore he located a flaming bus and intercepted the attack laying a blow to Sawada. Mari who had been going through vast memories had seen that the real one was fond off and in love with Sawada. So there were mutual feelings as she rushed to his aid. While Aki Sawada questioned why she would help him after all this, the psychopathic rider remarked that was her greatest weakness. That she rejected power and control for the fleeting feeling of love. The Mari worm then screamed that he was the single worst person she had ever met before giving him a giant slap in multiple locations. To Kyousuke's surprise even as a rider it hurt more than it should have.

Yuji had a fierce fight with him and then told him to never show his face to Mari or Sawada ever again. The latter couple soon became romantically involved which painted Delta with envy on how others could enjoy life but he can't. On one instance he came into contact with Kaido who was the current Kaixa. As they fought unbeknownst to Sawada and Mari, he exclaimed that he wanted to harvest screams. Before proceeding to injure Kaido and dislocating his right arm. Several days later he met up with the Saeko worm and Takuma (the centipede orphenoch), and learned that Yuji had successfully killed Murakami and SMART BRAIN had new management. Lucky Clover wanted to split from SMART BRAIN so asked his help to lure Sawada and Mari so they could be both killed.

This sent him on a mission to find a scheme in order to make this work. Then it occurred to him that most chaos and death could be produced from mercenary work which primarily involved killings in the first place. Therefore he broke into a SMART BRAIN laboratory and ransacked the entire location. He stole vials of orphenoch blood and planned on turning every Ryusei member into an orphenoch to spite Mari and Sawada. This for the most part would seem to work but as he went on his kidnapping spree he came upon Rina. Before kidnapping Rina he started to manically spit at and throw Rina around her apartment. Through this he figured out that Arai was the president of SMART BRAIN and wanted to "ruin everyone's day".

He then brutally scripped Rina's cheek and then dragged her to a dark warehouse where he prepared to inject all his former friends with the unstable blood. Soon after he began to torture everyone there, Sawada and Mari burst in ready to stop his plot. Laughing he charged with all his weapons but was surprised when they to henshined. Mari became Kamen Rider Orga which was gifted by Yuji and Sawada had obtained Kamen Rider Psyga. They wasted no time in freeing all the Ryusei individuals one of whom was Mihara. He was repulsed at Kyosuke and took a stone to hit him on the head. The trauma allowed this plan to fail and Kyosuke for the next time felt failure and humiliation.

Mari told him that justice would catch up to him and fought hard with Sawada to protect the others from his wrath. As he indiscriminately shot and the factory blazed their combined attack of love destroyed his malicious fury. A defeated Tokumoto then saw them slay both Takuma and Saeko worm prevailing against all odds. Instantly recovering though, he marched to the head SMART BRAIN building in which he confronted Arai who welcomed him in. There they made a partnership to dominate the world. Arai would rule for orphenoch kind betraying his worm subordinates, while Kyosuke could do absolutely any hideous act he wanted.

Tokumoto was later reported to have hung and lynched 50 worms, impregnating all of them before killing all their offspring. With their blood he wrote that he would be coming for Yuji and Mari. Yuji later challenged Kyosuke to a battle that would determine their fates. The latter accepted and they fought a lengthy battle where both ended up in a polluted river. At a certain point Delta tried to divert the dam unto Tokyo out of spite but Sawada arrived to beat Kyosuke into the sewers. Other than that Kyosuke began to train the orphenoch military.

While doing this he was ruthless as he killed those who he deemed as failures and useless cogs. Proceeding to beat their heads and electrocuting them all to death with his red lightning. In one instance after a failed assassination attempt against an orphenoch called Mira, he executed the ones assigned to that mission. Later he scoured for Mira who was being protected by Mari and Yuji. This enraged the psychopath who furiously beat at all three of them and slashed Mira on the face. Claiming she was a disgrace and that she was ugly. Yuji then in a fit of being repulsed became his orphenoch form and tore Kyousuke's right arm off.

He was then rushed by SMART BRAIN guards to the emergency medical facility. There he showed no gratitude further clearing his depths of depravity towards others. Arai made sure his arm was regenerated but it had an explosive chip to be activated if he ever betrayed him. Kyosuke then screamed and finally resumed his hunt to kill all Ryusei members which he sadistically carried out in the next many months.
