Pharaoh Man is one of the Robot Masters and a minor antagonist in Mega Man 4, where he appears as a major boss. Built by Doctor Cossack, he bears the serial number DWN-028, although his Megamix incarnation gives him the number DCN-028 due to his creator being independent of Wily.

Pharaoh Man is described as being a charismatic leader. He is a charismatic leader and has hired many Mummiras. At the same time, though, Pharaoh Man is a bit of a cassanova wannabe, being timid around beautiful women. He also has a disdain for tomb raiders.

Pharaoh Man was the fourth robot created by Dr. Cossack, with his purpose being to explore the pyramids and other ancient ruins. He was devised with high adaptability to dark places and enhanced resistance and agility. When Dr. Wily blackmailed Cossack by getting his hands on Kalinka, Pharaoh Man was equipped with the Pharaoh Shot for combat.

Pharaoh Man is a tricky boss to face. He constantly jumps around the room while shooting at the player. Sometimes, he briefly stops on the ground and shoots energy waves at the sides. His weakness is the Flash Stopper, which stops him dead in his tracks.
Mega Man 7[]
Pharaoh Man appears as a robot exhibit in the Robot Museum. This could be a copy of his body, however.
Mega Man 8[]
Pharaoh Man makes a flashback appearance in the Mega Man 8 intro. He is shown to be defeated by Mega Man squashing him with Charge Man's body.

Mega Man (Ruby-Spears)[]
Pharaoh Man appears in the anime written by Ruby-Spears, with his Pharaoh Shot being changed to an Arm Cannon. Mega Man encounters him when he successfully restores power to the city. At the very start of the battle, Mega Man gets blasted out of the building by Pharaoh Man's Pharaoh Shot, but retaliates by copying it with his Variable Weapons System, to which Pharaoh Man (whose arm cannon morphed into a normal hand) responds by punching his foe. Pharaoh Man then tries to smash Mega Man with a piece of metal in his hands, but Mega Man sends Pharaoh Man flying to his doom with the Pharaoh Shot.

- The fact that Pharoah Man takes more damage from the Flash Stopper is a callback to his dark tomb motif.
- Pharaoh Man's dislike of raiders may be a reference to archaeology movies such as Indiana Jones. It may also be a reference to the legendary "Pharaoh's curse" often wrought upon those who look inside pyramids.
- Pharaoh Man's quote ("I'm the king of the world!") refers to how powerful the pharaohs of Ancient Egypt believed they wre. The Egyptians also believed that the pharaoh was a god in human form and later the descendant of Horus.
- Pharaoh Man has a snake statue on his forehead in his official artwork. In the game his headdress has a blue gem in place due to the small size.
- Pharaoh Man's arm cannon disappears in the Ruby-Spears anime adaptation when Mega Man copies him. It is possible that Pharaoh Man had morphed his cannon into a real hand (most likely unintentionally) after Mega Man copied the Pharaoh Shot.
