Biography[]
Past[]
Parthenon was originally a standard Parthenon that was built in ancient Greece thousands of years ago. When the pillars were made out the bodies of muscular fighters, their blood would bring the Parthenon to life.
Kinnikuman[]
Parthenon is first introduced in the series during the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne Arc as a member of Team Zebra, acting as the Second-in-Command of the team after Kinnikuman Zebra hired him to be a member of the team for a large fee.
During the second round, Team Zebra would have to fight against Team Kinnikuman. Parthenon would be the fourth to fight, going up against Ramenman, however, it would quickly turn into a tag team match against Kinnikuman and Robin Mask with Zebra after Kinnikuman pushed Ramenman out of the ring.
Parthenon would stand and watched as Zebra and Kinnikuman fought each other until Zebra signalled Parthenon to help him out of one of Kinnikuman's throws, delivering a dropkick that hit Kinnikuman and would shine a bright light through his body, casting a dark shadow onto Zebra and turning him into the brutal fighter that he was in the past. When Zebra broke the ring in half with a headbutt, he and Parthenon would grab the two halves and try to fold them together to crush Kinnikuman and Robin Mask, however, Kinnikuman's Face Flash saved them both.
Parthenon would then be thrown at Kinnikuman by Zebra to crush him, however, Kinnikuman would bounce him up into the air and would try to use his Muscle Spark but it failed and Parthenon was able to counter-attack by slamming Kinnikuman to the ground. Once Zebra used the Muscle Inferno on Kinnikuman, this would break his morale and willingness to fight so Parthenon would be ordered to suck Kinnikuman into his body, however, Robin Mask tagged in and kicked Kinnikuman out of the ring before being absorbed himself.
This motivated Kinnikuman to beat down Parthenon, throwing his own fossils back at him before doing a brainbuster on both him and Zebra at the same time. Just as Kinnikuman was going to use a Camel Clutch to win, Parthenon would use Robin Mask as a hostage against Kinnikuman. Kinnikuman would let go, allowing Parthenon to collapse his body on top of Kinnikuman to crush him but he missed, Parthenon would then shine a dark light on top of Kinnikuman to corrupt him, making him evil, Zebra would then bathe in the light to maintain his evil-fighting style, however, he and Parthenon figured out that Kinnikuman was only acting to trick Zebra into bathing in a positive light that Robin Mask, making him a weaker fighter.
Robin Mask would then use his Analo Staff to ignite the gas in the pillar, breaking it open before he grabbed Parthenon and used his Tower Bridge special to snap Parthenon in half, critically wounding him. Parthenon would attempt to use the last of his strength to kill Robin Mask, however, he would use his Robin Special on him, breaking his neck and killing him.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Parthenon has superhuman strength, speed and durability. Other abilities that Chojin have that Parthenon likely has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
- Corrupting Light: Parthenon is able to shine a dark light from his body onto someone, making them more malicious and evil or nicer instantly.
- Body Petrification Trap: Parthenon is able to absorb an opponent into his body by releasing a wave of fossils from his body that petrifies anything they touch before sucking the petrified body into his pillars. Inside these pillars is a lot of methane gas that poisons anyone trapped inside them.
- Temple Crumbling: Parthenon is able to break apart his body, allowing him to collapse on top of an opponent. Parthenon is able to instantly reform so no damage is dealt to him.
Trivia[]
- In the anime, just like everyone else who died during the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne Arc, Parthenon was revived by Kinnikuman, unlike the manga where he stayed dead.
