Biography[]
Past[]
Al-Qasim is the secretive founder and CEO of Neotech, a military logictics consultancy. He helped the New Mecca government to develop the NULL project during the Cromags War in terms of militaric research and development, and apparently financially. When the NULL project shut down and New Mecca withdrew from the war, he used Headhunter, a NULL soldier, as his personal assassin to eliminate his targets in exchange for Chronos drugs.
Assassination[]
Zero is tasked by the psychiatrist to assassinate Al-Qasim, who resides in the mansion hideout. When he heads to the mansion, it was seen that V already reached before him, and triggered a bomb trap on a door that makes him unconscious. He wakes up in a dark room with V, who also kidnapped Al- Qasim, prompting him to wake up. During the sequence, Zero will be repeatedly killed by V until he annoys the latter enough. When V is annoyed enough, he, who was supposed to make him talk, will shoot Al-Qasim to death out of rage, and will later claim to SNOW that he will not talk anyways.
After Al-Qasim's death, Zero is then tasked to destroy all materials stored in the safe room of Al-Qasim's bunker. He later encounters his assassin, Headhunter, who states that Al-Qasim was a cretin who holds her "hostage" with the drugs, and manipulated her by framing it like it was a rehabilitation. Headhunter, thanks to his time manipulation abilities, killed him repeatedly and rewinded the time itself like nothing happened. After Zero kills Headhunter, he used her head to bypass the retina scan, and encounters a woman and children found in the vault, who are implied to be the family of Al-Qasim.
