Luis Ramirez is a one-time villain from American Dad! He appears in the episode "The Full Cognitive Redaction of Avery Bullock by the Coward Stan Smith".
Biography[]
One day, a new student at Pearl Bailey High School starts beating up everyone, including teachers. He introduces himself as Luis Ramirez and selects Steve Smith as his next target.
Steve seeks help from Roger, who hires Stelio Kontos for support. Stelio appears at Pearl Bailey unannounced. Steve is surprised, at first, when he sees his dad's former bully. His impression immediately changes when Stelio punches him across the hallway. Roger then appears while disguised as a middle-aged man. He explains to Steve that bullies reject people who are already beaten up, referring to it as "sloppy seconds." Steve begins to lament trusting Roger. However, Roger's prediction comes true when Luis rejects Steve. Angered, Luis vows revenge.
Now satisfied, Steve directs Luis to Klinko's and encourages him to beat up Stelio. When he confronts Stelio, his anger changes into admiration, as he got into bullying from hearing the stories about him. He then convinces Stelio to help him beat up Steve. This happens after a rerecording of Stelio's theme song, now including utterances of Luis's name.
Unfortunately, Steve is unable to do anything about it, as Stelio and Luis have him tied to a chair in the recording studio, set to beat him up to their soon-to-be combined theme song once it is finished. And Roger, untrustworthy, as always, is willingly helping them record their new theme song and not helping Steve at all.

- Luis first greets Stelio as Blood. This is a reference to the real life Blood gang.
