Kikkaijin Denkiei is a stingray monster and an antagonist in episodes 18 and 26 of Kamen Rider Stronger.
History[]
Kikkaijin Denkiei was a specialized Kikkaijin created by Black Satan to counteract Stronger, capable of absorbing his electric powers and using them to power his attacks. Once his electrical charges were exhausted he was destroyed by Stronger's Stronger Electro Kick.
He was later revived to fight against Stronger again in final Black Satan battle, only to be defeated again.
Powers and Abilities[]
Denkiei is capable of stealing Stronger's electric powers and storing them from any physical attack he performs. He can then unleash the energy through the whip flails on his arms. The red lights on his chest indicate the dispensing of one charge by each attack.
